1) Nsd when terminated will usually also create and NSD file in the IBM Technical support directory. if it is incomplete it will usually be small in size a typical nsd will be around 10MB in size or even higher. Look for the Generated Messages at the bottom of the nsd for any messages. if you don't see the Generated messages secition it likely terminated withot completeing
2) for debugging a crash semdebug.txt is usually not needed. if a memory dump is created it is possibly due to a memory overwrite and the corefile would likely be very useful with crash analysis. and as always nsd is very valuable
